Description

Wholesale computer company looking for a Sales and Office Assistant.

Compensation: $13-20/hr DOE + commission bonuses for acquiring new accounts
Hours: 7.30am-4.30 pm, Monday- Friday 
Location: Van Nuys

Requirements:

•    Making out-bound marketing calls
•    Experience with sales administration and office assistance
•    Good command of English, both written and spoken
•    Computer literacy in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Sage, Peachtree etc.)
•    Must be PUNCTUAL and reliable

Job duties include (but not limited to): 
•    Answering phones 
•    Making out-bound marketing calls
•    Light load of emails & paperwork 
•    Data Entry, Invoicing, Purchase Orders
•    Shipping Bills & Freight Quotes 
•    General office work 
•    Few small packing for UPS or FedEx
•    Upload listings in eBay, amazon, web site, etc.
