Customer Service/Data Entry/General Office-Full Time position wanted in Chatsworth, CA
Answering & transferring all incoming calls.
Maintains office supplies.
Provide administrative support as needed.
Maintain clean reception area as well as upkeep of all offices.
Basic clerical duties that include filing, photocopying, faxing, etc.
Maintains regular consistent attendance a must.
Great welcoming & phone skills a must.
Must be a team player.
Highschool diploma or GED required.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Word-Excel-Outlook.
Quickbooks experience a plus.
Ability to organize, prioritize & work under pressure/deadlines.
