Without the ERA, women and girls must fight for their rights on a state-by-state and law-by-law basis. The ERA is needed more now than ever!!
The Equal Rights Amendment simply states, \"Equality of rights of the under law shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.\"
