About State Of The Art Images - Photography by Jim Brammer: State of the Art Images is a fine art, portraiture and commercial photography studio located near Los Angeles in Tarzana, California. Recently honored in 2009 with the “Small Business Person of the Year” award by the United Chambers of Commerce of the San Fernando Valley, 2009 Readers’ Choice “Best Photographer” Award from the Los Angeles Daily News, and the 2010 Readers’ Choice “Favorite Photographer” Award from the Los Angeles Daily News, Jim Brammer, owner and award winning photographic artist, is also the President of Professional Photographers of Los Angeles County (PPLAC). Jim and his wife, Marcia, take great pride in creating a unique experience for each client, starting with a personally-designed photo session that produces a custom portfolio of images and services that will excite, delight and inspire for years to come.

Fine Art Signature Wall Portraits
Too often treasured family heirlooms end up in drawers or photo albums, only to be viewed occasionally at best. At State of the Art Images, we believe that everyone should, at least once in their lifetime, capture beautiful portraits large enough to display on their walls. Our fine art portraits are created for artistic display and printed using archival pigment ink on fine art linen-textured paper, watercolor paper or canvas.

Executive Portraits
Executive portrait sessions are conducted at the client office or location of client�s choosing. This session is designed for business people requiring images for internal company use, publication or promotion.
Prior to the session date, State of the Art Images will conduct a consultation with the primary goal of better understanding the client location and goals for the session.

Giving Back
Jim and his wife Marcia believe strongly in giving back to the community. They are active members of the City of Hope Board of Governors and Jim is a speaker on the City of Hope Speakers Bureau. In addition to being an Honorary Trustee with the Professional Photographers of America (PPA) Charities, Jim sits on the Executive Board of Directors and is the official photographer for the Valley Cultural Center in Woodland Hills, California. He also donates his time and talents to the Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep (NILMDTS) Foundation and numerous other charities.
