"My husband, David, and I reside in Woodland Hills with our 2 wonderful canine boys. As homeowners, we are passionate about the community and are enthusiastic about watching it prosper. It's exciting to know that your membership with the Chamber will increase your visibility and contribute to your success. The success of the business owners and residents directly impacts the progress of our community. I am looking forward to my involvement in growing the membership with our Ambassadors as well as working with the Board to increase recognition of the West Valley-Warner Center Chamber of Commerce.

Tim Gaspar
I am a business professional with a bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management from California State University Northridge. After graduating I began working as a staff accountant for Gaspar Insurance Services, Inc. a retail insurance agency where my primary duty was to oversee the agency's trust account. Along with becoming a licensed P&C insurance agent, during my time here I learned a lot about the inter workings of a rapidly growing small business and the importance of having strong leadership and well defined processes. After over a year and a half with Gaspar I decided that insurance and accounting was not something I was passionate about and decided to pursue a career in Construction. Building things has always been something I've enjoyed. Whether it be with legos or infuriating Ikea furniture; the planning, process and completion of projects is extremely fulfilling to me. This is why I figured what better career to pursue than Construction Management and enrolled in UCLA's CM extension program to get the theoretical knowledge needed to assist me in my new career path.

Keith McPherson
Digital Visual Media (DVM) is a San Fernando Valley based digital signage network owner and operator focused on connecting community businesses to community consumers. Through our custom digital signage solution, we furnish community businesses with a direct medium to Captivate Attention Through Content Hosting (CATCH). Through CATCH TV, DVM has brought the power of commercial advertising to community business owners. CATCH TV displays are strategically placed throughout the community in DVR-free, high traffic, well maintained, affluent waiting areas. CATCH TV displays run customized content that captivates the attention of those who surround it, thereby educating, entertaining, and enlightening those who view it.
Digital Visual Media is well rooted in the community. Strategic alliances with local Chamber of Commerce offices allow DVM to run content that is demographically specific to the community the CATCH TV displays are located in. CATCH TV displays provide a vast array of content options but most important is that we provide local community information (based on the screen location), so that the viewer who may not have the time to pick up a paper or watch the news can be educated on local matters, informed of local business promotions, kept up to date on local weather, and interactively communicate with our screens through a vast array of polls, games, and trivia all while they wait.
