Boys & Girls Club Haunted House Keeps Kids Safe
There are going to be lots of eerie happenings around the Boys & Girls Club of the West Valley the evenings of Friday and Saturday, Oct. 29 and 30. The Club’s Annual Halloween Haunted House event, held at the Club, 7245 Remmet Ave. in Canoga Park, from 6 to 9 p.m. those two evenings, will be a safe and festive way for young people and their families to celebrate the holiday.
We convert our entire clubhouse into a Haunted House/Funhouse complete with monsters and a graveyard, clowns, carnival games, contests, prizes, food, candy for the kids – full of fun, thrills, and surprises. We will also attempt to set the West Valley record for the most people in a Thriller line dance. YOU DON’T WANT TO MISS IT. All ages welcome. WE SCARE DARE YOU TO ENTER!
Tickets are $5 each advance, $7 at the door. Tickets are available by calling Diane Jones or Ruben Rodriguez at the Club (818-610-1054), or via email, [email protected].
According the Club’s Events Committee Chair, Ira Harrison, “This is the Club’s second Halloween Haunted Mansion event…and we expect to have it be even scarier than last year. And of course, proceeds from the event will help support the Club’s activities on behalf of the youth of our community.”
Please go to the Haunted House website at http://hauntedhouseclub.us/ for more information.
