We are located at 21051 Warner Center Lane, Suite 100, in Woodland Hills. The upcoming workshop on Saturday, October 24th, is from 10am to 12pm. Please RSVP by calling (818)348-6700.

All-American Restaurant Offers Guests a Local Blend of America’s Best Food, Spirits, and Music in an Exciting and Social Atmosphere
(Woodland Hills)— Specializing in American classics, gourmet burgers, and an expansive selection of 30 craft beers on tap and small-batch whiskeys, Eureka! is excited to announce its opening in Woodland Hills at The Village at Westfield Topanga, taking place on Monday, September 28, 2015.
“Eureka! provides the surrounding community with a trendy casual place to dine, drink, and socialize while enjoying special events during the week such as daily “hoppy” hour, Steal The Glass, live music, and weekend brunch,” says Paul Frederick, Co-CEO of Eureka! Restaurant Group.
Eureka!’s contemporary yet rustic design aesthetics fit in with perfect harmony in the newly built The Village at Westfield Topanga. The tables and wood paneling are made with handcrafted tropical wood, and the rolling garage doors bring guests from the dining room to a spacious al fresco patio to where they can enjoy brunch, lunch, “hoppy” hour, or dinner by the stunning 8-foot long fire pit.
Each dish is thoughtfully prepared to showcase quality ingredients, locally sourced when possible. The restaurant specializes in American classics with a modern twist with its diverse selection of appetizers, all natural, Angus chuck burgers, signature plates which includes, innovative salads, hand-crafted sandwiches and delectable desserts. Menu highlights include the Truffle Cheese Fries featuring hand cut Kennebec potato fries tossed in truffle salt and parmesan cheese, and served with a side of house-made truffle cheese sauce and topped with green onions; Fresno Fig Burger which features homemade fig marmalade, melted goat cheese, crispy bacon, and finished with arugula, tomatoes and onions all tossed in a spicy porter mustard; the Cowboy Burger with shoestring onion rings, bacon, cheddar, house made beer bbq sauce; Bone Marrow Burger with a thick cut charbroiled onion, roasted tomato, mustard aioli and a bone marrow and porcini butter; Slow-Roasted Beet Salad with toasted walnuts, apple, arugula, orange segments and finished with watermelon pop rocks; and the Americana Apple Crisp served with caramelized apples, a pecan-oat crisp, and topped with vanilla bean ice cream for dessert.
The all-American restaurant features weekend brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Delectable offerings include Huevos Rancheros with bison steak chili, fried eggs, ranchero sauce, black beans, Jack and cheddar cheese, avocado, and sour cream; Creole Benedict featuring fried green tomato, Virginia ham, Creole mustard hollandaise, breakfast potatoes; Brunch Ham & Cheese topped with a fried egg, served with Jack cheese, Virginia ham, Alfredo sauce, and Texas toast; and Bananas Foster Crunchy French Toast topped with pecans. To complement the mouthwatering brunch and menu options, Eureka! serves Mimosas and Bloody Marys on the weekends for $5 and an extensive craft beer and cocktail selection.
The beverage program at Eureka! revolves around the restaurant’s commitment to serving all-American, small-batch whiskeys, specialty cocktails, and craft beer curated by small and locally owned artisans ensuring a premium product that is highly sought after. Signature cocktails include classic recipes like the house Old Fashioned, made the way your grand pappy drank it with Old Overholt Rye Whiskey, bitters, fresh orange zest and a block of ice; and the Penicillin with an American smoked whiskey, fresh ginger, hand squeezed lemon juice, and clover honey. Contemporary creations like the Moscow Mule featuring Ascendant Spirits American Star Vodka, housemade ginger lime syrup, and citrus; and Rosemary’s Ruby Red with gin, rosemary, grapefruit, and citrus offer guests modern cocktails with quality ingredients.
Eureka! features 30 specialty craft beers, two wines on tap, accompanied by a selection of over 40 small-batch American whiskeys – sourced from artisans all over the United States – in tribute to the 21st amendment outlawing prohibition. Additionally, a special off-menu selection features various hard-to-get and strictly allocated whiskeys like Pappy Van Winkle and offerings from the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection available to the most discerning whiskey drinkers.
