Born and raised in a cosmopolitan metropolis, Mumbai, India, and having lived in 3 major states in the US, Charmi knew she had found home when she moved to Los Angeles a few years ago with her husband and daughter. Real estate was a natural transition for her after experiencing buying, selling, investing and building a home with her husband. She quickly realized that although there are many challenges involved in real estate, she enjoyed utilizing her creative thinking and problem solving skills to overcome those challenges. That was when she decided to help clients meet their real estate needs based on their lifestyle. With an eye for design and luxury she understands the needs of her diverse clientele.

To ensure her clients get the best deal possible, she decided to get extensive training in negotiations and acquired the designation of
Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), through the National Association of Realtors.

Charmi�s clients will not only benefit from her vast knowledge in real estate, but also her fluency in Hindi, Gujurati, Urdu and Punjabi. Community involvement and philanthropy have always been a big part of her upbringing, hence her active membership with various organizations, such as the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) and charities such as Association of Los Angeles Physicians of Indian Origin (ALAPIO), as well as other local organizations.

Growing up in an entrepreneurial family and having been a business owner herself, she understands the value of integrity and persistence. Charmi�s infectious energy and enthusiasm for her work come from her passion for real estate.
