I am the owner of the Pavon Insurance Agency Inc. A full-service insurance agency with 21 years of experience. I am in the protection and relationship business. I started out as a licensed sales producer selling many different types of insurance such as property and casualty, commercial, life and financial products. Along with selling products comes the service work involved with these products. It has taken me years to become proficient in the different insurances, product knowledge and insurance concepts. Over the years I have also managed our agency. I have hired and trained staff, created goals for staff members, tracked results, and created incentives for staff members to stay motivated to sell. I have created, managed and tracked �ROI� on our marketing campaigns. I have been involved in the decision-making process as to the direction of the business for many years. In 2010 I obtained my �LUTCF� life underwriting training council fellowship from The American College. This is a professional designation in the field of life insurance. I am proud to say that I am a professional sales person. I take pride in what I do and am comforted in knowing that sales is the oldest profession in the world.
