In 2019 the idea came to me to create a better functioning calibration laboratory. My focus was to improve the industry standard while adhering to national standards. In 2020, I received my accreditation from PJLA and at that time I was one of the youngest laboratory owners. In March 2020, our company received our first contract from Telomere Diagnostics. The business was opened during the start of COVID-19 and we weathered many challenges presented to small diverse businesses. JMCS has grown from a shared office space to a single office to a now 800 square feet lab space with a growing team of five. Today, we are the only LGBTBE calibration company in the United States offering accredited services of measuring devices.
