Accomplishments:

We have resolved many construction defect cases in favor of our clients, have been successful in resolving litigation matters expeditiously through early alternative dispute resolution, and at the Summary Judgment stage of litigation. Our firm's Plaintiffs' cases have resulted in settlements in excess of $200,000,000. We have effectively enforced and drafted CC&Rs (plus other governing documents) for HOA's, as well as enforcing them for individuals.
