Destinations for Teens is an adolescent treatment center offering both residential and outpatient programs designed to support the whole family throughout their journey to sustainable well-being. We provide a quality safe-haven, a full range of treatments, and an uninterrupted education. Whether treating mental illness, addiction, or both, we pride ourselves in exceptional and accessible care for the teen and their family. A primary goal of treatment at Destinations is the sincere desire to help re-introduce clients to themselves in a more loving way.

Services:

Destinations has two residential facilities and two outpatient facilities. One residential home is primary mental health and the other is primary substance use. Both are co-ed, 6 bed homes in Topanga, CA. Destinations has partial hospitalization (day programs) and intensive outpatient (after school programs) in Woodland Hills and Las Vegas. Destinations can work with most major insurances and is in network with MHN, Kaiser, Tricare, HealthNet, Aetna and Anthem Blue Cross. Destinations also provides P.E.P (Prepare.Educate.Prevent) talks in schools and the community on various topics of mental health and well-being.
