There is no greater gift you can give yourself than to protect your mental health. After 25 years in public education- navigating the politics and advocating for the most neediest students, I made the decision to step away and begin to LOVE MYSELF. Being a school Principal taught me the ends and outs of running a multimillion dollar business, and being a Visual Artist taught me how to embrace creativity. Now I have married my two LOVES and spend time Crafting the Life I Love, and showing others how to do the same.

Online and in person courses and workshops. Sample topics include: developing online courses, small business branding, social media content creation and management, setting up an e-commerce shop and email marketing.
