On new construction or renovation projects, Designwest, Inc. can provide any/all of the following services:
� Work closely with the Owner/Architect/Contractor during the Design Development/Space Planning process to ensure that the design of the interior meets their needs, both aesthetically and functionally
� Select, design and provide finish selections and specifications for units and interior and exterior common areas (appliances, cabinets, hardware, flooring/walls, lighting, moldings, plumbing fixtures, paint, window coverings)
� Provide project interior/exterior renderings and computerized colorized floorplans
� Provide a full working set of AutoCAD ID drawings, including Furniture Plan, Reflected Ceiling Plan, Electrical Location Plan, Floor Finish Plan, Wall Finish Plan and all Interior Design Elevations and Millwork Drawings needed
� Provide a detailed materials presentation board, and construction specification spreadsheet for field use
� Make selection of new furnishings items that may be desired by client, and provide a working FF&E budget for Public Areas and Model Units, including any and all specialty millwork for the Public Areas.
� Order, receive and install all furnishings items
� Provide valuable design experience throughout the project

Currently, we just completed an Office move and design for First Choice Business Brokers Los Angeles, we're in the finishing stages of a Private Residence in Santa Barbara for one of our Builders, in process on a 51 Unit Multi-Family at Santa Monica & Barrington, a 62 Unit Mixed-Use on Robertson & Alcott, beginning design on a unique interior space for LBPM at Aspire Apts. in Northridge, and freshening up of several items at a Memory Care facility in La Jolla, CA we designed several years ago.
