I have been an attorney for almost 30 years in all aspects of the civil field. I started out in personal injury, moved into employment law, worked in house as Senior Vice President of Business & Litigation at Lionsgate Entertainment Inc., and have been focusing on helping small to medium sized businesses with their operational and employment needs for the last ten years. While I work to cut costs for my clients and keep them out of court, I am a trial attorney at heart and practice civil and trust/will litigation.

Services:

Business law: helping businesses with all operational challenges from creating a business, to running it, to leasing property and all daily matters in between.

Employment law: providing assistance and advice to business owners regarding employment and labor rules, COVID requirements, employee handbooks, regulations, sick day pay, and showing employers how to terminate employees without getting sued.

Litigation: Trial work related to business disputes, employment claims and trust/will litigation.
