This exclusive once-a-month event hosts a Women's Mental Health Group for all women in the community. It is led by prominent female leaders discussing popular mental health and wellness topics such as Self-Care, Sexual Assault and Harassment, Trauma & PTSD, Postpartum Depression, Relationships, and more.
