Join us for a one-of-a-kind Voice & Vocal Sound Bath, led by renowned singer, teacher, and vocal therapist Florence Mercurio Riggs. Florence is the owner of Creative Sounds and Vocal Technique, and is a singer, vocal coach, and Q4 Active member.

This unique experience will demonstrate how effortlessly the voice can be used for meditation, healing, and creative self-expression. No prior singing experience is needed—“out of tune” singing is warmly welcomed!

Participants will come together to create beautiful, resonant sounds that connect with the deepest parts of themselves. This is a rare opportunity to explore the power of your voice as a tool for connection, both with others and within.
