Please join A Vision of Health for our third annual fundraising event! The event will take place on Sunday November 8th, 2015 at Takami and Elevate Lounge in Downtown Los Angeles, CA.

We are pleased to announce that we are honoring Billy Blanks Jr., and presenting the 1st annual Rachel Beller award to our class participant who has lost the most weight in our New Leaf Program. We invite you to join us for this exciting event, which will include wine and beverages, food tastings, silent auction, Broadway dance entertainment?, and our special guest honoree.

All proceeds from the event will go towards funding our screenings, and nutrition and exercise courses, free of charge to under-served communities.
