At the time that I first started working with Jacqueline, I was juggling 3 projects. Two were making progress, while one was lagging behind and was affecting other partners. Jacqueline helped me get focused, prioritize, break down the tasks into smaller bite-size / accomplishable steps and get the tasks done. In less than 10 days, the "lagging" project was back on schedule and onto Phase 2 (of 3), while maintaining momentum on the other two projects.
